Heritage Law Group Hosted A Successful 3rd Annual Elder Care Expo Benefiting Salvus Center in Gallat


Education on healthy aging, dementia, legal services, and understanding the continuum of care are just a few of the topics that were discussed at the 3rd Annual Elder Care Expo on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Gallatin First United Methodist Church. Attendees from all over Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky also met with local aging-focused exhibitors, obtaining health screenings and resources for families and caregivers throughout the event.

Mason, MD, Neurology of Sumner Medical Group & Saint Thomas Medical Partners of Gallatin, and “Understanding The Continuum of Care - From Hospital to Home” Panel of Experts with Ashley Bright, BSW, MPS, Concious Dying Doula & Educator of NHC Place Sumner, Tiffany Darks, LBSW of NHC Place Sumner, Lori Fout, MSSW of Sumner Regional Medical Center, Kerie Fulton of A Place For Mom, Joey Hollenbeck, Pharm.D. of Perkins Drugs, Todd Jenkins, M.Ed., Exercise Physiologist of TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion, and Melissa Pippin, LCSW of TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center.

The 3rd Annual Elder Care Expo hosted by Heritage Law Group, PLLC benefited Salvus Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, faith-based primary care health center that serves the working uninsured in Sumner County located at 556 Hartsville Pike, Suite 200 in Gallatin, Tennessee. Heritage Law Group owner, Jake Mason, presented a $7,500 check to Jennifer Flanagan, President & CEO of Salvus Center, at the event.
