WHAT CLIENTS SAY
We were referred to Mason & Associates by another attorney for their expertise in establishing special needs trusts for disabled individuals receiving Social Security Supplemental Security Income and Medicaid. Our goal was to establish a mechanism to provide for our son’s needs when we are deceased without jeopardizing his benefits. Mr. Mason guided us through options, oversaw the establishment of two special needs trusts, and wrote codicils to our wills. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, caring, and transparent in services provided and the costs of those services. He was also humble, easy to talk with, and understood our situation immediately. We think we won the lottery when we found him!
