Owner, Jake Mason, is a Board-Certified Elder Law Specialist & Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist, the only Attorney in Tennessee or Kentucky with Board-Certifications in both Elder Law & Estate Planning. We do not practice service areas of Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse, or Wrongful Death but have relationships with trusted law firms that we would be delighted to refer for your case. Our offices are located in Gallatin and Brentwood, Tennessee.

You will be given a packet designed to help you think through issues you may not have considered, and that will help us formulate a plan that works best for you. This includes a list of your key people named as guardians, executors, powers of attorney, and trustees, along with other crucial decisions discussed during the consultation. We're here to guide you through the process, offering personalized advice and solutions that align with your vision for the future.

Following our initial meeting, we will schedule a planning meeting to present a tailored plan tailored to your needs. All estate planning work is quoted upfront with a flat fee, allowing you to schedule multiple appointments without worrying about the meter running. After this meeting, we will begin drafting the documents and be in touch when the documents are ready for your review.
